Double R Creek is a private residence on which Studio NYL provided structural engineering services. The linear form protruding from the landscape is defined by large cantilevers, ranging up to 18 feet, to take advantage of the project's views and to float over the landscape. The building utilizes a hybrid of steel girders with wood infill structure.
