Lory Student Center: Phase 1

The CSU Lory Student Center was a multi-phased project with a budget of nearly $70 million. The theatre remodel involved demolishing the original seating bowl with the intent of creating a flexible theatre space that could house a variety of events.  This goal, in conjunction with introducing more natural light into the building, resulted in the use of carbon fiber reinforcement to the existing structure.
