Our team enjoyed the opportunity to breathe new life into this historic building at the heart of Walsenburg, Colorado.  This former school was no longer suited to it previous task and the building’s structure could not support the potential uses for the building.  Our team upgraded the floor capacities and lateral systems using carbon fiber technology to permit use as a library and potential use as residential space, commercial space and a courtroom.
