One of Studio NYL’s earlier residential projects, the Syncline Residence, is nestled up along the south east edge of Chautauqua Park, in the shadows of Boulder’s defining Flatirons. The design of the residence features multiple cantilevers and flush mounted SIPs panels to create clean ceiling lines as the roof meets the perimeter glass. The house is defined in the integration of structure with its critical details throughout.
